If you've deposited into an account that you can no longer log in to, just get in touch with our Customer Support. We're happy to move the cash over to your real account. When you get in touch, let us know the name of the account that was deposited into. If you don't remember the name please let us know the PayPal email address used, or the last 4 digits of the card used and the type of card (Visa or Mastercard). This information will help us locate that account.
