To contact our support team, tap the menu icon in the top right corner of the screen. Then tap Help Center.
To submit a new question to support, select Contact Us, choose a category for your inquiry, (add the match ID if applicable), and send a message! You can find all previous messages by tapping Support Messages. From here, you can reply to the support team after they've sent a response to your initial message.
To report a match that has crashed or is listed as ‘ABORTED,’ simply navigate to the Home menu and tap on the match you’d like to report. On the score submitted screen, you’ll see an option to REPORT A PROBLEM. Tap this to generate a support ticket that automatically includes the match ID.
